T he Canadian national swimming trials for Olympic qualification we’re held at the Commonwealth pool in 2016 & 2017. Short and long-distance men’s and women’s events aired nationally on Sportsnet and CBC.

Chris Jaycox was the dolly camera operator for two years of event when it was held in Saanich, BC. High pressure camera situations going up and down the pool, rack focusing / manual iris. Feed was also used on in house Jumbotron.
